- Certain items, such as custom or personalized products, perishable goods, or sale items, may not be eligible for return.
- Proof of purchase is required to process a return.

Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 2 days.

Exchanges

Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
